COFLE: Notice of courtesy for the participation in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and the Bearers' Meeting of the "Warrant Cofle 2021-2023"
Trezzo sull'Adda (Milan), 24 April 2023 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM:CFL) announces that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 28 April 2023 at 11:00 (first convocation) and 2 May 2023 at 11:00 (second convocation) and the Meeting of "Warrant Cofle 2021-2023" bearers called for 28 April 2023 at 10:30 (first convocation) and 2 May 2023 at 10:30 (second convocation) will both take place on second convocation in the manner and terms indicated in the respective convocation notices, as well as in the extracts published pursuant to the articles of association in the newspaper "Italia Oggi" on 13 April 2023.
This press release is available in the Investor Relations section of the website https://www.cofle.com/it/. It is also announced that, for the dissemination and storage of regulated information, the Company makes use of the eMarket STORAGE circuit managed by Teleborsa S.r.l..
