COFACE SA: Half-year statement of the liquidity contract between COFACE SA and Natixis

Pursuant to articles L. 225-209 and following of the French Commercial Code; the provisions of the General Regulations of the French Market Regulator (AMF) and the AMF decision No.2011-07 (March 21st, 2011), updating the accepted market practices on liquidity agreements

As per the liquidity contract granted by COFACE SA to NATIXIS on COFACE SA shares (Code ISIN FR0010667147), the following assets appeared on the liquidity account as at June 30th , 2016:

• 257 974 COFACE SA shares
• EUR 2,908,642

During the last half-year statement of the liquidity contract, as of December 31 st 2015, the following assets appeared on the account:

• 61,371 COFACE SA shares
• EUR 4,510,423

As a reminder, to enable NATIXIS to make interventions under the contract, COFACE SA allocated to the liquidity account the amount of EUR 5,000,000.00 (five million euros).
