Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 5, 2010, Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation (the “Company”) closed a public offering of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its Senior Term Notes due December 31, 2012 (the “Notes”). The Notes were issued under an indenture, dated as of February 5, 2010, between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee (the “Trustee”), as supplemented by a first supplemental indenture, dated as of February 5, 2010, between the Company and the Trustee. All amounts due under the Notes may be paid in cash, shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), or a combination of cash and shares of Common Stock. The Company has notified the Trustee and the holders of the Notes that it intends to pay the amounts due on June 30, 2011 in respect of the Notes in cash.
