Loyalty Option Issue Update
In accordance with the prospectus issued by Codrus Minerals Limited (ASX: CDR ) ( Codrus or the Company ) on 25 August 2022 ( Prospectus ) and the Appendix 3B lodged on the same day, the Company issues the following clarification to the dates and particulars included in the Appendix 3B.
The issue date and lodgement of Appendix 2A with ASX applying for quotation of the New Options is 22 September 2022 and not 21 September 2022 as disclosed in the Appendix 3B.
In accordance with the Prospectus section 2.1.1, Fractional Entitlements will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
The indicative timetable for the Entitlement Offer is set out below.

The Company reserves the right, subject to the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and other applicable laws, to vary the dates of the Entitlement Offer without prior notice, including extending the Entitlement Offer or accepting late applications. The Directors may extend the Closing Date by giving at least three business days’ notice to the ASX prior to the Closing Date. Accordingly, the date the Options are expected to commence trading on the ASX may vary.
