Appendix 2A Correction

YPB Group Limited ( YPB or the Company ”) refers to the Appendix 2A released today in relation to the issue of 909,090,914 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) pursuant to the placement ( Placement ) that was announced on 20 October 2021.

The Company confirms that the Placement Shares were issued at $0.0033 per Share. The issue price set out in the Appendix 2A is incorrect and should be disregarded.
