Company Update
The Directors of the Company are pleased to advise that, further to its announcement of 9 August 2013, the company has entered into a mine management and operation agreement with the Mortgagee in Possession of the Sapphire mining assets located at Inverell NSW being ML 1492 and associated mining plant and equipment.
Recommissioning of the plant is scheduled to commence on 21 October 2013 with mining and processing operations due to commence on 1 November 2013.
The Company has recently lodged with the ASX its Annual Report for the 2013 Financial Year and intends holding its 2013 Annual General Meeting in mid-November.
The Company is currently finalising outstanding reports for prior years and at this stage is planning to hold any other outstanding Annual General meeting prior to the end of the calendar year.
The Board will report further information as and when available.
