The Directors are pleased to confirm that in relation to the capital raising approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 3 August 2012 that all subscription monies have been received and the shares allotted.

We further confirm that the 1 for 8 consolidation has taken place and that new holding statements have been dispatched by the Company’s share registry.

Post share allotment and consolidation, the Company will have 55,710,733 shares on issue.

The Directors will keep the market informed in regard to the ongoing developments surrounding the company’s restructure.
