CODAN TO ACQUIRE DOMO TACTICAL COMMUNICATIONS: CLARIFICATION OF COUNTERPARTY
On 16 February 2021, Codan Limited ( Codan ) announced that an agreement had been entered into to acquire 100% of the shares in US-based company, Domo Tactical Communications.
Codan wishes to advise that the seller in this contract is DTC Management Topco, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, being an entity controlled by Marlin Equity Partners.
