Codan news and updates
To stay updated with the latest Codan news, we recommend registering for Investor Alerts through the Codan website at www.codan.com.au. Simply navigate to the Investor Alert Sign Up section at the bottom of our website homepage and enter your details. We also wish to inform you that we will be providing a business update at the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on October 22, 2025. Attending the meeting in person may not be possible for everyone, but we encourage those shareholders to participate through the online platform instead, as outlined in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the meeting. This can be done by emailing [email protected]. Please specify that your question relates to the AGM and if it is a question for the auditor. The written question must be received no later than 15 October 2025.
Electronic communications
Additionally, we suggest registering to receive electronic communications from our share registry, Computershare. This can be done at http://www.investorcentre.com.
Investor Centre is a free and secure self-service website that allows you to manage your shareholdings online, view share balances, update address details, access payment and tax information, and update payment instructions. You can also choose to receive electronic notifications for events like annual general meetings, as well as receive the Annual Report and Notice of Meeting electronically.
