Resignation of Director- Mr Zhu Changjiang

Coda Minerals Limited (ASX: COD, “Coda”, or “the Company”), hereby advises that Mr Zhu Changjiang has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The resignation date is effective 31 August 2021.
