Coda Minerals – AGM Live Webinar

Coda Minerals Limited (ASX:COD) (“Coda” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that it will webcast the proceedings of its 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), to be held on Friday, 19 November 2021 at 10.30am (AWST)/1.30pm (EDST).

The webcast facility will allow shareholders to submit online written questions during the meeting, as directed by the Chairman.

The webinar will be hosted as a Zoom Event. Please note that you will be required to log in with your existing Zoom account, or to register for a free Zoom account in order to join the meeting. To register for the webinar, please click on the link below:

Joining the conference is simple:

1. Select "Register now" and you will be directed to the conference registration page. Please follow the steps to enter your registration details, then click "Register".

2. You will then be provided with the Zoom events link and the option to download the Link to your calendar.

3. On the day, please log in with your Zoom account and join the webinar.

The Company strongly encourages Shareholders who cannot attend the meeting in person to lodge a proxy form prior to the AGM. Proxy votes must be received by 10.30am (AWST)/1.30pm (EDST) on Wednesday, 17 November 2021. Any proxy vote received after that time will not be valid for the AGM. Shareholders will not be able to vote via the webcast facility.

Following conclusion of the formal business of the AGM, CEO, Chris Stevens will provide a brief investor update presentation.
