COCHLEAR LIMITED: CEO TRANSITION AND RELATED BOARD CHANGES
SYDNEY – Cochlear Limited (ASX: COH), 14 November 2017
Further to the announcements made on 31 July 2017 and in the Annual Report lodged on 17 August 2017 regarding the Chief Executive Officer & President transition, Mr Diggory William Howitt has been appointed as an Executive Director today.
With the pending retirement of Mr Chris Smith as Chief Executive Officer on 2 January 2018, when Mr Smith will also cease to be the Managing Director, Mr Howitt has been appointed as the Managing Director with effect on 3 January 2018.
