02.07.2019 tarihinde yapılan açıklamada sehven 02.07.2018 olarak belirtilen "Not Geçerlilik Başlangıç Tarihi" 02.07.2019 olarak düzeltilmiştir.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Sermaye Piyasasında Derecelendirme Faaliyeti ve Derecelendirme Kuruluşlarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği kapsamında SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA) tarafından hazırlanan dönemsel revizyon çalışması tamamlanmıştır. Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.'nin (CCI) 10,00 üzerinden 9,45 olan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notu 02.07.2019 itibarıyla 9,46'ya yükseltilmiştir.

Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notu, SPK'nın konuya ilişkin ilke kararı çerçevesinde farklı şekilde ağırlıklandırılmış dört ana başlık altında yapılan değerlendirme sonucu belirlenmiştir. Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notumuzun ana başlıklar itibarıyla dağılımı aşağıda verilmektedir.

SAHA tarafından yayımlanan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Raporu aynı zamanda CCI'ın kurumsal internet sitesi olan www.cci.com.tr adresinde yayımlanacaktır.

In the announcement made on 02.07.2019, "Beginning Date of Rating Note's Validity", stated as 02.07.2018, has been corrected as 02.07.2019.

On July 2, 2019, SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. (SAHA), one of the companies which is certified by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) on Corporate Governance Rating, has increased Corporate Governance Rating of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) to 9.46 from 9.45, out of a maximum of 10.00.

According to the Principles issued by the CMB, the Corporate Governance Rating is determined by taking the weighted average of four headings which are given below.
