Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Sözleşmesinin Yenilenmesi

Şirketimiz, kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notunun yenilenmesi amacıyla, Türkiye'de Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri'ne uygun derecelendirme yapmak üzere faaliyet izni bulunan "SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş." ile, 23 Ocak 2017 tarihinde 2 derecelendirme dönemi için sözleşme imzalamıştır.

Renewal of Corporate Governance Rating Agreement

Our company has signed an agreement with SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. on 23rd January 2017 to renew its corporate governance rating for two rating periods. SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. is officially authorized to make corporate governance rating in compliance with Corporate Governance Principals of Capital Markets Board.

We hereby declare that our above statements are in conformity with the principles included in the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Events, that they fully reflect the information we have acquired, that the information complies with our books, records and documents, that we have made our best effort to fully and accurately obtain all information regarding the matter and that we are responsible for this disclosure made hereby.
