Fitch Ratings, Coca-Cola İçecek'in (CCI) Yabancı Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notunu 'BBB-' seviyesinden ‘BB' seviyesine düşürmüş ve görünümünü negatif olarak teyit etmiştir. Yerel Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notunu 'BBB-' seviyesine düşürmüş ve görünümünü negatif olarak teyit etmiştir. Birincil Teminatsız Derecelendirme Notunu ise ‘BB' seviyesine düşürmüştür.

Bu değişiklik, Fitch Ratings'in 12 Temmuz 2019 tarihinde Türkiye'nin Yabancı Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirme ve ülke tavan notunu ‘BB-' seviyesine düşürmesi sonucunda yapılmıştır.

Fitch Ratings downgraded Coca-Cola İcecek's (CCI) Long-Term Foreign-Currency IDR to 'BB' from ‘BBB-', with negative outlook. The Long-Term Local-Currency IDR was downgraded to 'BBB-' with negative outlook, and the senior unsecured long-term rating to 'BB'.

This rating action was prompted by the downgrade of Turkey's IDR and Country Ceiling to ‘BB-' on July 12, 2019.
