Fitch Ratings, yıllık rutin gözden geçirme çalışmaları sonucunda, Coca-Cola İçecek'in (CCI) ‘BB' olan Yabancı Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notunu ve negatif görünümünü teyit etmiştir.

CCI'ın Yerel Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notu ‘BBB-' olarak teyit edilmiş ve notun, Fitch'in, CCI'ın ana pazarlarındaki lider pozisyonu, alkolsüz içecekler sektörünün esnek yapısı ve sağlam finansal profili sayesinde kredi profilinin güçlü kalmaya devam edeceği beklentilerini yansıttığı ifade edilmiştir. Yerel Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notundaki Negatif görünüm, CCI'ın Türkiye'ye ek olarak bazı yurtdışı pazarlarındaki zayıflayan operasyonel ortamlarla ilgili potansiyel riskleri içerdiği belirtilmiştir.

Fitch Ratings affirmed Coca-Cola İcecek's (CCI) Long-Term Foreign-Currency (FC) Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'BB', maintaining Negative Outlook following its annual review process.

CCI's Long-Term Local-Currency (LC) IDR was affirmed at ‘BBB-' reflecting Fitch's expectations that CCI's credit profile remains strong due to its leading positions in its core markets, resilient nature of the soft drinks business and strong financial profile. The Negative Outlook on the LC IDR continues to capture potential risks related to the weakened operating environment in some of CCI's overseas markets in addition to Turkey.
