Fitch Kredi Derecelendirme Notu

Fitch Ratings, Coca-Cola İçecek'in (CCI) Yabancı Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notunu ve Birincil Teminatsız Derecelendirme Notunu ‘BBB-' olarak, görünümünü ise ‘Negatif olarak teyit etmiştir. Yerel Para Cinsinden Uzun Vadeli Temerrüt Derecelendirmesi Notunu ise 'BBB' ve görünümünü ‘Durağan' olarak teyit etmiştir.

Fitch yaptığı değerlendirmede, CCI'ın kredi notunun teyidinin CCI'ın lider pozisyonu ve sektörün dayanıklı yapısını, 2016-2017'de artan nakit akışını, uluslararası operasyonların işin önemli ve büyüyen bir kısmı olmasını ve ihtiyatlı nakit yönetimini yansıttığını ifade etmiştir.

Announcement on Fitch's Rating Decision

Fitch Ratings has affirmed Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.'s (CCI) Long-Term Foreign Currency IDR and Senior Unsecured Long-Term rating at ‘BBB-', with "negative" outlook. The Long-Term Local-Currency IDR was affirmed at ‘BBB' with a stable outlook.

Based on Fitch's assement, the affirmation reflects CCI's leading market position and the resilient nature of its soft drinks business, as well as improved cash flow generation over 2016-17, a large and growing portion of overseas operations and conservative cash management.
