Moody's 27 Eylül 2016 tarihinde Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. (CCİ)'nin "Baa3" seviyesinde olan uzun vadeli kredi notunu teyit etmiştir. CCİ'in notunun görünümü de "Durağan" olarak teyit edilmiştir.

Bu derecelendirme, Türkiye'nin kredi notunun düşürülmesini takiben yapılmıştır. CCİ'nin uzun vadeli kredi notu Türkiye'nin ulusal borçlanma notu olan "Ba1"in bir basamak üzerinde ve ulusal yabancı para borçlanma tavanı kredi notu olan "Baa2"nin bir kademe altındadır.

Baa3 not teyidi, CCİ'nin bağımsız kredi profili ve The Coca-Cola Company'nin nota bir basamak katkısının birleşimidir. CCİ'nin bağımsız kredi profili, güçlü nakit bakiyeleri, uzun vadeli kredi portföyü ile desteklenen finansallarının ve likiditesinin iyileşmesi ile yurtiçi ve yurtdışı piyasalardaki güçlü varlığını yansıtmaktadır.

Moody's confirmed Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.'s (CCI) long-term issuer rating at "Baa3" on September 27, 2016. The outlook on the rating is also confirmed at Stable.

The rating confirmation follows the downgrades of Turkey's rating. CCI's rating is currently rated one notch above Turkey's sovereign bond rating of Ba1 and one notch below Turkey's foreign currency bond ceiling of Baa2.

The Baa3 rating confirmation is a combination of CCI's standalone credit profile and one notch of rating uplift for bottler support. CCI's standalone rating factors reflect its strong position in domestic and international markets with improving financials and liquidity profile, underpinned by the strong cash balances and long-term maturity profile.
