Organizasyon Değişikliği

1 Ocak 2019 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere, Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.'de (CCI) yapılan organizasyonel değişiklikler aşağıda yer almaktadır:

• Pakistan ve Orta Doğu Bölgesi Direktörü Orhun Köstem, CCI'ın ana hissedarı Anadolu Efes'e CFO olarak atanacaktır.
• Türkiye Genel Müdürü Tugay Keskin, Türkiye ve Orta Doğu Bölge Direktörlüğü görevine atanacak ve Türkiye, Irak, Ürdün ve Suriye operasyonlarından sorumlu olacaktır.
• CCI Pakistan operasyonu doğrudan CEO Burak Başarır'a raporlayacaktır.

Tugay Keskin CCI'a 1993 yılında katılmış ve 2007 yılına kadar Türkiye Satış fonksiyonunda farklı pozisyonlarda yöneticilik yapmıştır. 2007–2011 yılları arasında Türkiye Satış Direktörlüğü ve 2011–2014 yılları arasında Türkiye Ticari Direktörlüğü görevlerini yürüten Keskin, 2014–2016 yılları arasında Coca-Cola İçecek Ticari Mükemmellik Direktörü olarak görev yapmıştır. Tugay Keskin 1 Ocak 2017 tarihinden itibaren Coca-Cola İçecek Türkiye Genel Müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır. Keskin, Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi mezunudur.

Announcement Regarding Changes in CCI's Organisation

Effective January 1st, 2019, Coca-Cola Icecek A.S.'s (CCI) will make the following organisation changes:

• Orhun Köstem, currently Pakistan and Middle East Region Director, will be appointed as CFO of Anadolu Efes, majority shareholder in CCI,
• Tugay Keskin, currently Turkey General Manager, will be appointed as Turkey and Middle East Region Director, taking responsibility for Turkey, Iraq, Jordan and Syria operations,
• CCI Pakistan will directly report to CCI CEO Burak Başarır.

Tugay Keskin joined CCI in 1993 and served in different positions in the Turkey sales function, until his appointment as Turkey Sales Director in 2007. He worked as Turkey Sales Director between 2007 and 2011, Turkey Commercial Director between 2011 and 2014 and CCI Commercial Excellence Director between 2014 and 2016. Tugay Keskin has been serving as CCI Turkey General Manager since January 1st,  2017. Keskin is a graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Political Science.
