Mali İşler Direktörlüğü (CFO) hakkında açıklama

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Sayın Andriy Avramenko'nun 1 Ocak 2019 tarihi itibarıyla CFO olarak seçilmesine karar vermiştir. Daha önce açıklandığı üzere, Sayın Michael Coombs CFO'luk görevinden 31 Aralık 2018 tarihi itibarıyla ayrılacaktır.

Andriy Avramenko'nun 20 yılı Coca-Cola sisteminde olmak üzere 25 yıllık deneyimi bulunmaktadır. Kariyerine 1994 yılında Arthur Andersen Kiev ofisinde başladı. TCCC'ye 1999 yılında İç Denetçi olarak katıldı ve 2003 yılında Birleşme & Satın Almalar Müdürü olarak atandı. 2008-2011 yılları arasında Global Meyve Suyu Tedarik Zinciri Geliştime Direktörü olarak görev yaptı. 2013 yılına kadar Hindistan & Güney Batı Asya İş Biriminde Meyve Suyu Kategorisi Genel Müdürü, 2015 yılına kadar ise Strateji Genel Müdür Yardımcısı ve Gazsız İçecekler Genel Müdürü olarak görev yaptı. Mart 2015 ve Mayıs 2018 arasında, Avrasya & Afrika bölgesinden sorumlu Birleşme & Satın Almalar Grup Direktörü olarak görev yaptı. Halihazırda Andriy Avramenko, Avrupa, Orta Doğu ve Afrika Grup İş Geliştirme Direktörü ve Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. Ukrayna'da Kiev Devlet Üniversitesi Uluslararası İktisat bölümünden Yüksek Lisans derecesine sahiptir.

Announcement Regarding Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Coca-Cola Icecek A.S. (CCI) Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Andriy Avramenko as CFO-elect as of January 1, 2019.  As previously announced, Mr. Michael Coombs will be stepping down from the CCI CFO role as of December 31, 2018.

Andriy Avramenko has 25 years of experience, including 20 years of Coca-Cola tenure, after starting his career in Arthur Andersen's Kiev office in 1994.  In 1999, he joined TCCC as a Principal Internal Auditor and moved to the Mergers & Acquisitions team as a manager in 2003. Mr. Avramenko served as Supply Chain Development Director of the Global Juice business between 2008 and 2011. He then served in the India & South West Asia Business Unit as Vice President and General Manager of the Juice Business until 2013, and Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of the Still Beverages Business until 2015. Between March 2015 and May 2018, he served as Group Director responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions for the Eurasia & Africa region. Currently, Mr. Avramenko is serving as Group Director of Corporate Development for the Europe, Middle East and Africa Group and is a Board Member of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa. Mr. Avramenko has a Master of Science Degree in International Economics from Kiev State University in Ukraine.
