AÇIKLAMA:
Şirketimizin Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü'nde yapılan yeniden yapılanma sonrasında bölümde görev alan personele ilişkin güncel bilgiler aşağıda yer almaktadır.
1 Ekim 2015 itibariyle Yatırımcı İlişkileri ve Hazine Direktörü olarak atanan Çiğdem Güres Erden doğrudan Mali İşler Grup Direktörü Orhun Köstem'e bağlı olarak tam zamanlı görev yapacaktır. Yatırımcı İlişkileri Müdürü Deniz Can Yücel Çiğdem Güres Erden'e bağlı olarak tam zamanlı görev yapmaya devam edecektir. Ek olarak, 1 Ekim 2015 tarihinde Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi üyeliği görevinden ayrılan Deniz Can Yücel yerine aynı tarih itibariyle Çiğdem Güres Erden atanmıştır.

Following the restructuring in the Investor Relations Department, current information regarding the persons working at the department are as follows:
Çiğdem Güres Erden, who has been appointed as Investor Relations and Treasury Director as of October 1, 2015, will be working full-time and directly reporting to Orhun Köstem, CFO. Investor Relations Manager Deniz Can Yücel will continue working full-time, reporting to Çiğdem Güres Erden. Additionally, Çiğdem Güres Erden has been appointed as the member of the Corporate Governance Committee for the place vacated by the resignation of Deniz Can Yücel effective as of October 1, 2015.
