Bagımsız Denetim Sirketinin Secilmesi

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 21 Mart 2018 tarihli kararıyla, Denetim Komitesi'nin görüşü ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yayımlanan Sermaye Piyasasında Bağımsız Denetim Standartları Hakkında Tebliğ esasları çerçevesinde, şirketimizin 2018 yılına ilişkin finansal tablolarının denetlenmesi için DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited üye şirketi) seçilmesine ve bu seçimin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Appointment of an Independent Audit Company

In line with the Audit Committee's evaluation and the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Independent Audit, on March 21, 2018, Coca-Cola İçecek's (CCI) Board of Directors resolved to appoint DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (A Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited) to audit our Company's 2018 financial statements. It was also decided to submit the appointment resolution for the approval of the General Assembly.
