Director share participation in the Open Offer

Camco Clean Energy plc, the clean energy and energy storage company, today announces that the two executive Directors, being Scott McGregor and Jonathan Marren, have instructed application to be made to invest up to £80,000 (in aggregate) in the Open Offer announced on 27 June 2014.

The applications represent each of Scott McGregor and Jonathan Marren's full entitlements under the Open Offer and additional amounts for which they have applied through the Excess Application Facility at the Open Offer price of 4 pence per ordinary share.

In addition, each of the non-executive Directors owning shares, being Jeff Kenna and Michael Farrow, have also made applications covering their entitlements under the Open Offer.
