Forthcoming Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

Cobre Limited ( ASX: CBE, Cobre or Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 3,001,300 shares are due for release from voluntary escrow on 24 February, 2024. The shares were issued as the final consideration for the acquisition of Cobre’s wholly owned subsidiary, Triprop Pty Ltd ( refer ASX announcement of 27 February, 2023 ).
