PLACEMENT CLEANSING NOTICE – ISSUE OF SHARES

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) advises that the Company has issued a total of 26,666,668 shares today at an issue price of $0.15 per share, pursuant to the first tranche of the placement that was announced to the market through ASX on 19 December 2022.

Cobre gives notice, under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ), that:

• 1. Cobre issued the Shares without disclosure to the recipients under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
• 1. as at the date of this notice Cobre has complied with:
  • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Cobre; and b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
• 1. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).
