FORTHCOMING RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 421,876 shares are due for release from escrow on 4 June 2020 and 1,265,625 shares are due for release from escrow on 13 June 2020.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX following the end of the escrow periods.
