FORTHCOMING RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 243,378 shares are due for release from ASX escrow on 4 November 2020 and 166,667 shares are due for release from escrow on 13 November 2020.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX following the end of the relevant escrow periods.
