METAL TIGER PLC – FORM 604

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE ) advises that attached is a Form 604 from the Company’s largest shareholder, Metal Tiger PLC ( Metal Tiger ).

Metal Tiger’s reduction in shareholding from just under 20% to 18.792% is through dilution as a result of the shares issued as consideration for the 20% acquisition of Toucan Gold Pty Ltd ( Toucan ) ( refer ASX Announcement of 13 May 2020) .

Also as announced to the ASX on 28 April 2020, Cobre has agreed to place, subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) to be held later this year, 1,550,000 new shares at $0.20 per share to Metal Tiger to raise $310,000 which will enable Metal Tiger to maintain their shareholding of just under 20% held prior to the acquisition of Toucan.

Details relating to the proposed issue of shares to Metal Tiger will be outlined in the AGM Notice of Meeting at the relevant time.
