Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Cobre Limited (‘CBE’) will be halted at the request of CBE, pending the release of an announcement by CBE.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

CBE’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 from the ASX effective immediately pending the release of an announcement with respect to a material capital raising by the Company.

The trading halt will last until the earlier of the release of an announcement to the ASX in relation to the material capital raising or the commencement of trading on Friday 13 June, 2025.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
