PLACEMENT CLEANSING NOTICE – ISSUE OF SHARES

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) advises that the Company has issued a total of 43,711,535 shares today at an issue price of $0.052 per share, pursuant to the first tranche of the placement that was announced to the market through ASX on 4 March 2024.

Cobre gives notice, under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ), that:

• 1. Cobre issued the Shares without disclosure to the recipients under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
• 1. as at the date of this notice Cobre has complied with:
  • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Cobre; and b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
• 1. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).
