CLEANSING NOTICE – ISSUE OF SHARES

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) advises that the Company has issued a total of 6,666,667 shares today at an issue price of $0.15 per share, pursuant to the second tranche of the placement that was announced to the market through ASX on 19 December 2022 and approved by shareholders on 24 March 2023.

Cobre gives notice, under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ), that:

• 1. Cobre issued the Shares without disclosure to the recipient under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
• 1. as at the date of this notice Cobre has complied with: a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Cobre; and b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
• 1. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).
