Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Cobre Limited (‘CBE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CBE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 20 December 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities from the ASX effective immediately pending the release of an announcement with respect to a material capital raising by the Company.

The trading halt will last until the earlier of the release of an announcement to the ASX in relation to the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 20 December, 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
