SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLEANSING NOTICE

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE , Cobre or Company ) gives this notice pursuant to ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547 .

Cobre will make offers to issue fully paid ordinary shares under a share purchase plan (announced to ASX on 19 December 2022) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

Cobre hereby confirms that, as at the date of this notice:

• 1. Cobre has complied with:
  • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Cobre; and b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
• 1. there is no information that is “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act) .
