DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Cobre Limited ( ASX: CBE, Cobre or Company ) advises, for the purposes ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that:

• Cobre’s AGM will be held at 11.30 a.m. (AEDT) on Tuesday 21 November 2023; and

• The closing date for receipt of director nominations is Wednesday 20 September 2023, being at least two months prior to the AGM.
