Cobra Resources plc (LSE:COBR), the owner of the Wudinna Gold Project on the Eyre Peninsula in the Central Gawler Gold Province, a 450-kilometre-long arcuate belt in South Australia, was notified on 17 July 2020 that Mr Daniel Maling, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 325,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1.57p pence per Ordinary Share on 16 July 2020.

Following the above transaction, Mr Maling holds an interest of 325,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Company.
