Coats announces that Blake Nixon sold 3,400,000 shares in Coats (2,000,000 shares on 4 March 2015 and a further 1,400,000 shares on 5 March 2015) at a price of NZ$0.47 per share. The transactions were carried out in New Zealand.

Blake Nixon now holds a total of 14,411,406 shares in Coats representing 1.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
