Pursuant to the UK Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Coats Group plc announces that Mike Clasper, Chairman will join SSP Group Plc as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate with effect from today. It is expected that Mike will become the Chairman of SSP Group plc following the retirement of the current Chairman at its Annual General Meeting in 2020.
