Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, company has fixed 18^th August, 2023 as Record date to determine the shareholders who are eligible to receive Final dividend.

Payment of Dividend and Deduction of Tax at Source (TDS): The Board of Directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per share. The final dividend if approved, by the members in the ensuing AGM will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of approval in the AGM as per Companies Act 2013. Members may note that Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended by the Finance Act, 2020, mandates that dividend paid or distributed by a company is taxable in hands of shareholders. The company shall therefore deduct tax at source (TDS) at the time of making payment of dividend. In order to enable the company to determine the applicable TDS rates, shareholders are requested to send relevant documents within 22^nd August, 2023 at cil.taxdoc@coalindia.in. पीएचइडी में 900 पदों पर होगी बहाली

पटना. राज्य में हर घर नल का जल योजना के तहत ग्रामीण परिवारों को नल से शुद्ध जल पहुंचाने का काम लगभग पूरा हो गया है. लेकिन राज्य सरकार के निर्णय के बाद सभी जलापूर्तियोजनाओं की जिम्मेदारी पीएचइडी को देने का निर्णय लिया गया है. विभाग ने राज्य में 929 कनीय अभियंता के स्वीकृत पदों के विरुद्ध केवल 183 कनीय अभियंता कार्यरत है. बाकी 743 पद रिक्त है. वहीं,

कार्य क्षेत्र बढ़ने के कारण वर्तमान में इन पदों पर कनीय अभियंता की नियुक्ति के लिए विभाग ने राज्य सरकार को प्रस्ताव भेजा है. इसमें रिक्त पदों के अलावे पद बढ़ाने का भी प्रस्ताव को जोड़ा है.

पटना हाइकोर्ट द्वारा रोक हटाते ही 89 दिनों के बाद बुधवार से बिहार में जाति गणना का काम फिर से शुरू हो गया है. गणना का काम अगस्त के तीसरे सप्ताह में पूरा होने की संभावना है. सरकार ने इसे युद्धस्तर पर पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया है. जाति गणना के नोडल सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के सूत्रों के अनुसार जाति आधारित गणना का 80% कार्य हाइकोर्ट द्वारा रोक लगाने से पहले ही पूरा कर लिया गया था. शेष बचा करीब 20% काम अगले 2-3 सप्ताह में पूरा कर लेने की संभावना है. सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि बुधवार को राज्य के सभी जिलों में जाति आधारित गणना का छूटा हुआ कार्य शुरू हो गया. जितने प्रगणक हैं, वे क्त्र षे में भेजे दिये गये हैं.

वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग से जानकारी ली और जरूरी निर्देश दिये. उन्होंने जल्द से जल्द सभी जानकारियां एकत्र कर मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से अपलोड करने का निर्देश दिया. बिहार में 89 दिन बाद फिर से

जाति आधारित गणना शुरू : बुधवार को जाति गणना में लगे सभी प्रगणक क्षेत्रों में गये और पूर्व में चिह्नित किये गये घरों से 26 प्रकार की जानकारियों को एकत्र करने का काम शुरू किया. पटना उच्च

न्यायालय के निर्देशानुसार सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के निर्देश पर जाति आधारित गणना का कार्य चार मई से बंद था. अब फैसला आने के बाद जाति गणना का काम आज से शुरू हो गया.

शिक्षकों का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम हुआ स्थगित जाति गणना के संदर्भ में ही एससीइआरटी ने राज्य के विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में चल रहे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को तत्काल प्रभाव से अगले आदेश तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया है. एससीइआरटी निदेशक ने आर सज्जन ने लिखा है कि सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को अपने विद्यालय में योगदान करते हुए जाति आधारित गणना के दूसरे चरण के शेष कार्यों को कम से कम समय में पूरा करने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाये. एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक जाति आधारित गणना का पहला चरण 21 जनवरी को पूरा हो गया था. घर-घर सर्वेक्षण के लिए गणनाकारों और पर्यवेक्षकों सहित लगभग 15,000 अधिकारियों को विभिन्न जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गयी थीं.

शिक्षकों से प्रशासनिक काम न लिया जाये

इधर, शिक्षा विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव के के पाठक ने सभी जिला अधिकारियों को पत्र लिख कर आग्रह किया है कि शिक्षकों को केवल जाति गणना के कार्य में ही लगाया जाये. शिक्षकों से कोई अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्य न लिया जाये. शिक्षा विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव ने जिला अधिकारियों को लिखे पत्र में बताया है कि जाति गणना फिर से प्रारंभ हो रही है. लिहाजा उन्होंने अपने पत्र में जिलाधिकारियों से कहा है कि जाति गणना में शिक्षकों की प्रतिनियुक्ति करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि कोई विद्यालय पूरी तरह शिक्षक विहीन न हो जाये. विद्यालय मेंे पढ़ाई की सुचारू व्यवस्था हो.

शाम्हो-मटिहानी पुल का काम शीघ्र होगा शुरू : गडकरी

ब्यूरो, नयी दिल्ली. झारखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा की दूरी बेगूसराय के शाम्हो-मटिहानी पुल बनने से 75-80 किलोमीटर कम हो सकती है. इस पुल के निर्माण की मांग काफी समय से की जा रही है. लेकिन लगता है कि अब लोगों की वर्षों पुरानी मांग जल्द पूरी हो जायेगी. राज्यसभा में भाजपा सांसद राकेश सिन्हा द्वारा पूछे गये सवाल के जवाब में केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि इस पुल के निर्माण पर 3000 करोड़ खर्च होने का अनुमान है. यह काफी अहम प्रोजेक्ट है और इसे देखते हुए इसे वार्षिक योजना में शामिल करने का निरय्ण लिया गया है. इस पुल के निर्माण के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण का काम शुरू हो गया है. राज्य सरकार से आग्रह है कि वह जल्द से जल्द जमीन अधिग्रहण का काम पूरा करें.

केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि बेगूसराय से लोकसभा सांसद गिरिराज सिंह और राज्य सभा सांसद राकेश सिन्हा इस योजना पर लगातार नजर बनाये हुए है और वे इसकेनिर्माण को लेकर मंत्रालय से संपर्क करते रहे हैं.

जमीन नहीं मिलने के कारण कई एनएच परियोजनाओं का काम रूका

राज्य में करीब एक दर्जन एनएच निर्माण की लंबित परियोजनाओं में जमीन अधिग्रहण का पेच फंसा हुआ है. जमीन नहीं मिलने के कारण एनएच निर्माण का काम अभी रूका पड़ा है. अब जमीन अधिग्रहण के समाधान को लेकर विभागीय स्तर पर सात अगस्त को सेमिनार होगा. इसमें भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी (एलएओ), एनएच परियोजनाओं से जुड़े ठेकेदार या उनके प्रतिनिधि, राज्य सरकार और एनएचएआइ के अधिकारी शामिल होंगे. इस बैठक में जमीन अधिग्रहण के समाधान की सभी संभावनाओं पर विचार कर उनके त्वरित समाधान पर चर्चा होगी. हालांकि, इस संबंध में मुख्य सचिव के स्तर पर लगातार बैठक कर संबंधित

जिलाधिकारी को जमीन अधिग्रहण का पेच सुलझाने का निर्देश दिया गया है. कुछ परियोजनाओं में पटना उच्च न्यायालय के स्तर से भी समस्याओं का समाधान कर काम जल्द पूरा करने का आदेश दिया गया है. राज्य में करीब एक दर्जन एनएच की महत्वाकांक्षी परियाजनाओं का

निर्माण कार्य हो रहा है. इन सभी में जमीन अधिग्रहण की कुछ- न-है, लेकिन मूल समस्या वितरण का है.

कुछ समस्या फंसी हुई है. इनमें से अधिकतर परियोजनाओं में मुआवजे की राशि का वितरण तेज गति से नहीं होने का मामला शामिल है. इस कारण निर्माणाधीन परियोजनाओं में जगह-जगह जमीन मालिक के विरोध के कारण एनएच निर्माण कार्य रुक जा रहा है. मुआवजे की राशि उपलब्ध

ससुराल में रह रहे युवक की गोली मारकर हत्या

मृतक की पूर्व पत्नीव उसके प्रेमी पर लगाया आरोप कैरो (लोहरदगा). लोहरदगा के कैरो

थाना क्षेत्र के खरता गांव में बीती रात ससुराल में दो साल से रह रहे 40 वर्षीय सत्येंद्र साहु की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गयी. पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है. जानकारी के अनुसार, मृतक सत्येंद्र लातेहार के होलंग मसियातु निवासी बैजू साहू का पुत्र था. बताया जाता है कि सत्येंद्र साहु की शादी 15 वर्ष पहले खरता गांव निवासी स्व रामकिशुन साहू की पुत्री बीणा देवी से हुई थी. इधर, सत्येंद्र की गोली मारे जाने की सूचना मिलने के बाद एसडीपीओ वीएन सिंह, इंस्पेक्टर मंटू कुमार, थाना प्रभारी शंखनाथ उरांव घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे. मृतक के पिता बैजू साहु ने कैरो थाना में दिये आवेदन में कहा है कि सत्येंद्र पूर्व में नरकोपी के मन्द्रो निवासी दुर्गा महली की पुत्री सुकरी देवी से प्रेम विवाह किया था. उससे एक पुत्र भी है, जो अपने पिता के साथ रहता है. सुकरी देवी सत्येंद्र से अलग रहती थी. वह बार-बार अपने पुत्र की मांग करती थी. पुत्र नहीं देने पर सुकरी देवी ने अपने प्रेमी व खलारी निवासी राजन कुमार साहू उर्फ पिंटू साहू, भाई राजू साहू, जयकुमार ठठेरा और चान्हो थाना के ओपा निवासी सधनु महली द्वारा जान से मारने की धमकी दी गयी थी. पिता ने इन लोगों पर हत्या का आरोप लगाकर कैरो थाना में प्रथमिकी दर्ज करायी है. इस संबंध में कैरो थाना में मामला दर्ज कर पुलिस आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है. वहीं एसडीपीओ बीएन सिंह के कहा कि पुलिस फिलहाल हर पहलुओं पर जांच पड़ताल कर रही है. शीघ्र ही इस हत्याकांड में संलिप्त हत्यारे को शिनाख्त कर गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा.

पीएमएलए के विशेष न्यायाधीश दिनेश राय की अदालत ने व्यवसायी विष्णु अग्रवाल से पूछताछ के लिए इडी को पांच दिनों की रिमांड दी है. इडी के विशेष लोक अभियोजक ने सात दिन की रिमांड की मांग की थी.

शिवकुमार काका और रमित सत्येंद्र ने अदालत को बताया कि जमीन घोटाले से जिन लोगों को सबसे ज्यादा फायदा हुआ है, उनमें विष्णु अग्रवाल भी शामिल हैं.

उनसे पूछताछ में कई अहम खुलासे हो सकते हैं. दोनों पक्षों की बहस सुनने के बाद अदालत ने विष्णु अग्रवाल को पांच दिनों के लिए इडी रिमांड की मंजूरी दे दी. गौरतलब है कि सोमवार रात इडी ने विष्णु अग्रवाल को पूछताछ के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया था. मंगलवार को कोर्ट में पेशी के बाद उन्हें जेल भेज दिया गया था.

यह है मामला : विष्णु अग्रवाल पर बरियातू के चेशायर होम रोड की एक एकड़ जमीन गलत ढंग से खरीदने का आरोप है. इडी ने अपनी जांच में पाया था कि इस जमीन के मूल दस्तावेज में छेड़छाड़ की गयी थी. कोलकाता स्थित रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय में रखे मूल दस्तावेज में छेड़छाड़ कर रैयत का नाम बदला गया था. जालसाजी कर मूल दस्तावेज में छेड़छाड़ कर गंगाधर राय को इस

जमीन का फर्जी मालिक बनाया गया था. बाद में गंगाधर राय के पोते राजेश राय से इस जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री की गयी थी.
