Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Capsol

Technologies ASA (the "Company") on 10 September 2025 regarding the private

placement in the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 3,111,618 new shares in

the Company has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 33,005,143.50 divided into

66,010,287 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.5.
