Capsol Technologies announces CFO transition

Oslo, Norway, September 10, 2025 - Capsol Technologies ASA today announced that

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ingar Bergh has decided to step down from his role

to pursue new opportunities outside the company. He will continue as CFO until

the end of October and will remain available thereafter to support an orderly

transition.

growth strategy during a period of significant expansion," said Wendy Lam, CEO

The process to appoint a new CFO has been initiated. Capsol remains focused on

technology licensor to a carbon capture platform.
