Capsol Technologies ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 30 April 2026: The Annual General Meeting of Capsol Technologies ASA (the

"Company") will be held on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 10:00 CEST as a virtual

meeting. The proposed agenda includes re-election of members of the Board of

Directors.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via

Lumi AGM. Shareholders who have registered within the registration deadline will

be able to participate, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets or

desktop devices. For further information regarding electronic participation,

please refer to the guide available at

Shareholders wishing to participate online must register in advance, as

registration is required under the Company's articles of association. The

deadline for electronic registration, advance votes and proxies is 19 May 2026

at 16:00 CEST.
