Cyprus Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd (the "Company") would like to inform the investing public as per paragraph 5.3.7.1.(b) of the Regulatory Decisions of the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Markets (RAA 379/2014), as amended, that it has changed Nominated Advisor to Prudens Limited, a registered Nominated Advisor of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
