Re: Approval of Interim Results and Update on North Dakota Project

Following the meeting of the board of directors of C.O. Cyprus Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd (the "Company") (the "Board") which was held today, September 20th 2018, the Company would like to inform the investing public that the Board has examined and approved the unaudited half year financial statements for the period January 1st 2018 to June 30th 2018 (the "Interim FS 2018").

The Interim FS 2018 are hereby attached. Further the summarized Interim FS 2018 will be published in the newspaper Politis on the 21 September 2018. Full copies of the Interim FS 2018 will also be available free of charge at the Company's registered office, 13 Karaiskakis Str, P.C. 3032, Limassol, Cyprus, the Company's website www.oilandgas.com.cy and the CSE website www.cse.com.cy.
