RE: Termination of Nominated Advisor services to C.O. CYPRUS OPPORTUNITY ENERGY PUBLIC COMPANY LTD

Pursuant to paragraph 7.1.2 (c) 5. of the Regulatory Decisions of the Council of the CSE regarding the Stock Exchange's Markets (Regulatory Administrative Acts 379/2014), as amended, Prudens Limited would like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange (the "CSE") and the investing public, that its agreement for the provision of Nominated Advisor services to C.O. CYPRUS OPPORTUNITY ENERGY PUBLIC COMPANY LTD (GAS), which is listed on the Emerging Companies Market of the CSE, has been terminated with immediate effect.
