Appointment of Directors, Secretary and Auditors

C.O. Cyprus Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd ("GAS", "the Company") hereby announces that in its Board meeting dated 18/12/2024, the Company's Board of Directors approved the appointments of:

· Messrs Christodoulos Chrysouliotis and Keimpe Wisse Reitsma as Directors
· Ms. Maria Savva of Kiti, Larnaca, as Secretary, and
· Mr. Petros Petrou, FCCA, License no. 1881/A/2013 as external auditor of the Company.

The Company's Secretary has undertaken to make all necessary submissions to the Registrar of Companies to implement the said changes.

This announcement is published in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
