Cyprus Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd (the "Company") would like to inform the investing public as per paragraph 5.3.7.1.(b) of the Regulatory Decisions of the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Markets (RAA 379/2014), as amended, that it has appointed as its new Nominated Advisor the company Global Capital Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a register Nominated Advisor of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, with effect as of 1^st of July 2023.
