Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 16, 2024, CNX Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 7.250% senior notes due 2027. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
