The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public that Romania's Official Gazette 1213/11.12.2020 published ANRE Order 214/09.12.2020 approving the average tariff of transmission services, the transmission tariff components for electricity injection (TG) and electricity taking (TL) from the network; the tariff of system services and the regulated price of reactive electricity charged by the Company. Consequently regulated tariffs of electricity transmission services and system services applicable beginning with January 01, 2021 are:

Beginning with January 01, 2021 electricity transmission tariffs register the functional service component of system services in accordance with ANRE regulations issued in 2020. Thus the average transmission tariff approved and applicable as of January 01, 2021 provides about 0.4% increase compared to the current level to date (calculated, for comparability, as sum between the average transmission tariff and the functional service component of system tariffs).
