Communiqué: The Central Depositary - offer to register the IBAN code

The Central Depositary informs the investor public by the Press Communiqué transmitted on 30 September 2019 that it provides for free one 1 week beginning with 30 September 2019 the registration service for the IBAN code used in paying dividends by bank transfer.

The shareholders of the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA that are not clients of an agent can register free of charge their IBAN code with the Central Depositary based on the ID document and an excerpt of a bank account.

The IBAN code registration with the Central Depositary is necessary and useful for the holders of financial instruments that have not opened an account at an agent's for the automatic collection of dividends or other amounts of money, their payment being instructed by the Central Depositary by means of the payment agent designated by the issuer where the respective shareholder has shares.
