Communiqué – Financial audit ending agreement

Following Decision 11 of the Shareholders' General Assembly of September 28, 2018, by which the shareholders approved the amiable ending of the financial audit contract C210/2017 with Deloitte Audit SRL and the mandate the Company's Directorate to take the necessary steps to end the contract with the consent of the parties, the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the interested investor public about the signing of the Ending Agreement on 10.10.2018.
